      Gary has six years financial planning experience, coupled with 14 years experience at the helm of a finance broking company. He successfully grew the finance broking business from zero to 100 loans per month. He also organically established a property management portfolio. He is passionate about working with clients on their business growth strategies.

    • Michael Louie ‘Myk’ Aguila
      CLIENT EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR

      Myk has over 15 years experience in the outsourcing industry having worked for our partner company, MicroSourcing since 2009. As our Philippines-based Client Experience Director, Myk is responsible for inspiring and coaching the Client Experience Managers and their teams to optimise interactions for all Beepo customers.

    • Regienald Fundanera (Gie)
      CLIENT EXPERIENCE TEAM LEAD

      Gie has more than 20 experience in the telecommunications industry, starting his career as a technical support rep for a large US telco. He joined Beepo in 2015. In his role as Client Experience Manager Gie overseas day-to-day operations for clients, but is also focused on growth, retention and lifetime value for both clients and Beepo staff.

    • Jenny Lyn De Guzman
      CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

      Jenny has more than 11 years experience in the BPO industry, after starting her career in the call centre industry. She joined Beepo in 2016 and has worked in a variety of roles before being promoted to a Client Experience Manager in 2022. In this role, Jenny not only oversees the day-to-day operations for clients, but also manages client growth, retention and lifetime value.

      CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

      Rubel has 6 years of experience in customer service and over 10 years in the BPO industry. After joining Beepo in 2018 as Client Experience Team Leader he was recently promoted to the role of Client Experience Manager. In his role, he helps clients identify new growth opportunities and help his team deliver success in their roles.

      Che has more than 16 years of experience in the BPO industry and started her career as a CSR for a large US telco account. She joined Beepo in 2018 as a Client Experience Team Leader and in 2022 was promoted to Client Experience Manager. In this role, she not only oversees the day-to-day operations for clients but also manages client growth, retention and lifetime value.

      IT MANAGER

      Burnz has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He takes pride in providing the best solutions to tech-related issues for both clients and staff. As a manager, he is in charge of maintaining a good IT support structure, improving internal processes and maintaining relations between departments.

    • Emara (Emma) Ann Dizon
      TALENT ACQUISITION SUPERVISOR

      Emma has worked in the outsourcing industry for 10 years, with 8 years in Talent Acquisition and 6 years in leadership roles. As the Talent Acquisition Supervisor with Beepo, Emma oversees the end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure they are up-to-date with the labor market to provide better talent for our clients.

    • Cristina (Tina) Lozano
      PEOPLE AND CULTURE OPERATIONS OFFICER

      Tina has 12 years of experience working in HR and people operations roles. She is responsible for the people and culture of end-to-end operations and works closely with the management team to develop and drive forward the people strategy across Beepo.
